AG Group's Presents Aapli Constructions Pvt Ltd Present "MyOwnVilla" was founded with a clear purpose — to redefine how spaces are imagined, built, and experienced. With years of expertise in delivered Villa and Villa construction, we bring together innovative thinking, precision engineering, and client-focused service.
Our vision is simple: Buying a plot (3 months), availing Architectural services (3 months), making frequent visits for Bank Loan processing (1 month), finding a contractor and managing villa construction (2 years) — these four major tasks together require around 2 years and 7 months of constant supervision and full financial responsibility. After all this effort and sacrifice, you finally experience the happiness of owning your Villa, either or losses of the fundamental dispositions and Characteristics With MyOwnVilla, all these losses are taken away — your Customized Villa is delivered directly to you, ready to live in.
